About Us

AU Electric was founded January of 2022. AU Electric is a full service residential electrical contractor serving Billings and surrounding counties.

Tucker and Mica are the owners of AU Electric. Tucker was born and raised in Billings MT. After graduating from West High, Tucker enlisted in the military. There he met Mica while both were serving in the United States Navy as Seabees. It was there Tucker started his career in the electrical industry.

After 2 deployments Tucker and Mica moved to the greater Seattle area. Tucker earned his EL-01 Journeyman License and continued his passion to learn and grow as an electrician. He fulfilled many positions at multiple companies. He worked as a Journeyman Installer, Project Lead, Estimator, Foreman, and Business Manager. He traveled back and forth from Seattle to San Francisco to work on variety of projects. Mica had worked as a TSA Officer at the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. They both are proud parents to two beautiful daughters and their beloved Boxer. Tucker and Mica wanted to make it back to Big Sky Country and start this journey with AU Electric.

AU stands for Gold on the periodic table of elements. We at AU Electric hold ourselves to a higher standard of installations and want to exemplify the Gold Standard in everything we do with customer satisfaction and safety at the forefront of it all.
